We’re looking for a customer oriented team member who can bring innovation, creative vision, attention to details, and a deep understanding of market trends to help shape our brand.
Key Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand on social media, responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You will work closely with the R&D team to ensure our content aligns with the brand’s aesthetics, message, and growth goals. If you have a flair for visuals, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of social media trends, this role is perfect for you.
Content Creation:
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence across social media platforms.
- Create visually stunning and compelling content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels that showcase our jewelry and embody our brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers for photoshoots and visual content needs.
Social Media Management:
- Manage daily posting schedules, engagement, and updates across social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions to foster a positive community and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Optimize posts for maximum engagement, reach, and conversion by utilizing hashtags, tags, and trends relevant to the jewelry industry.
Strategy and Analytics:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and follower growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep our brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
Brand Voice and Storytelling:
- Craft and uphold the brand voice across all platforms, ensuring all content reflects our brand’s story, values, and vision.
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and customers to grow our brand’s reach and build meaningful relationships in the jewelry and fashion communities.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Languages: English - At least Intermediate
Russian - Fluent
Skills:
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
Portfolio: Demonstrate a few managed brands (preferably in the jewelry industry) and your achievements in terms of numbers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer collaborations.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and experience in managing small ad budgets.
- Passion for jewelry and fashion trends.
