Umanis is a France-based company engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) services, which are primarily consulting, engineering and outsourcing.  The Company offers studies, IT audit services and conducts changes within the organization, among others. Together with its subsidiaries it provides services in three core areas: Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Web & IT. It accompanies companies in their IT projects and offers software development according to three intervention modes: Technical Assistance, Package and Service Center. Via its subsidiary, Umanis Managed Services, it operates also a call center providing marketing, consulting and other services, and a Clinical Research Organization. The Company has several subsidiaries, including Umanis Consulting SAS, Umanis Investissement, Ums Courtage and Umanis Institut, based in France, among others. Company is the Kazakhstan subsidiary of the international company "Umanis". We, as representatives in Kazakhstan, combine the European standards in providig services with a full local Kazakh content in term of resources and knowledge of the local market. We are, since 2009, the strategic integrator of the largest Kazakh oil and gas company NCOC (North Caspian Operatig Company).
