Making people feel good in their skin means different things to different people. That’s why, across our three global skin care brands – NIVEA, Eucerin, and La Prairie – we cater for all sorts of needs and operate across different markets: mass market, dermocosmetics, and premium.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with clients to process orders efficiently and accurately
- Communicating with brokers and transportation companies to resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process
- Preparing order sheets, including checking for active assortment, new products, and delisted positions
- Processing orders in the PP2 system (SAP), checking availability of products in SNP (APO)
- Providing feedback to clients on the status of their orders and addressing any concerns they may have
- Monitoring order values against agreed plans and ensuring payment statuses are up-to-date
- Ordering transportation and preparing shipment documents, including translation of invoices for customs clearance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

SAP PP2: placing orders and processing their fulfillment

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, experience in FMCG companies will be a plus

Fluent spoken and written Russian and English (Intermediate +)
