Responsibilities:
- Support NRM Manager in Pricing and Promo strategy creation, tracking and adaptation/ adjustment processes;
- Participate actively in the Planning process and formation of NRM assumptions for ACP (Annual Commercial Plan) and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) phases;
- Supervise Price Monitoring process and support business in NPD process from NRM side;
- Cross functional work with the following functions: Marketing, Insight, DX, Finance, Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience in Finance (Sales Finance, Finance Planning, Revenue Management) at least 3 years.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus;
- Analytical/mathematical thinking, attention to details, understanding of P&L and financial reporting principles;
- Proactive, independent, team worker, self-organized and high level with the sense of ownership;
- Knowledge of English - not lower than Intermediate;
- Advanced user of MS Excel.
